Numb (magazine)

Numb Magazine, published between 2001-2009, was an arts and literary magazine. Nominated for "Best New Publication" in 2002 by Utne Reader, Numb featured artists, writers and poets from around the world and covered issues ranging from politics to entertainment. Numb was published annually in Toronto. A print edition of Numb was distributed throughout the United States and Canada and an electronic version was available online.

In September 2009, Numb magazine folded. An archive of past issues is currently available online.

Contributors to Numb included Jewel Blackfeather and Caterina Fake. Numb has published interviews with numerous artists, including Spike Lee, Janeane Garofalo, Nelly Furtado, Joss Stone, Chuck D., Lily Allen, Floria Sigismondi, Federico Castelluccio, Yoko Ono, Ben Harper, Cornel West, Isabel Allende, Noam Chomsky, Deepak Chopra, Moses Znaimer, Fatboy Slim, Aaron McGruder, Atom Egoyan and K-OS.
